Personal Wellness & Nutrition graduates from Cedar’s Hope

The Homeless Coalition of Fort Wayne is pleased to acknowledge the accomplishments of the newest group of graduates.

A group of ladies from Cedar’s Hope graduated from a class focusing on personal health, fitness, wellness, and nutrition on June 6th.

The ladies learned the importance of a healthy lifestyle from counting and understanding calories, to making healthy physical and life choices. One participant even lost 40lbs through the duration of the course!

Again, congratulations, ladies!
